Patrick Blood » Founder, Principal Broker VA & WV

Raised in Dublin Ireland, in 2003 Patrick turned down a job promotion, bought a one way airline ticket and left Ireland for America over a twelve day period. Using Washington DC as a base Patrick travelled around the United States before falling in to a summer job as a caddy at a country club. While there, Patrick met some very influential people, one of whom was the owner of a luxury property management company. This is how he found a passion for an industry he didn’t know existed.

He worked for some of the largest property management companies in the country while working his way up within the industry. He eventually moved to Charles Town WV where the daily commute back and forth to D.C. got tiresome. He saw a gap in the local market in W.V and so he started Blackwell Property Management.

Christine Walker » Realtor, Leasing Manager

Christine Walker was born and raised in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Always looking to continue her education and skills, Christine studied Interior/Architectural Design in school, earned her Realtor License, and obtained her Medical Billing and Coding certification. As an experienced Realtor and Leasing Manager, She is able to utilize her vast skill set to offer the highest level of services to clients, using her unique design eye to enhance her housing industry knowledge.

Christine joined the Blackwell Property Management team in 2016. She loves the diversity of the company and the unique perspectives that each employee offers. She feels part of a family who genuinely care for one another both in and out of the office and enjoys the modern atmosphere that Blackwell Property Management has developed.

For Christine, one of her favorite quotes truly embodies her priorities in life: “Words are not enough to express the unconditional love that exists between a mother and a daughter.” When she isn’t working, you can find Christine spending time enjoying the great outdoors or snuggled up, watching Disney movies with her four-year-old daughter, Oaklee, and three pets.

Victoria Curtis » Property Manager

Victoria Curtis was born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia. She joined Blackwell Property Management in 2020 as a seasoned Property Manager. She has worked in the customer service field for over ten years and has five years of property management experience in Section 8, Market, Multifamily, and Tax credit fields.

As a well-rounded and experienced Property Manager, Victoria enjoys her work at Blackwell Property Management and appreciates being part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do and takes pride in their work. She feels that her work, and being part of the Blackwell team, lines up with her life motto, “Life is a mirror, if you frown at it, it frowns back; if you smile at it, it returns the greeting.” She takes that motto and ensures that she reflects positivity to the world around her in her work.

When she isn’t working, you can find Victoria hiking and enjoying the great outdoors with her partner and their two dogs.

Amy Minett » Accounts Manager

Amy Minett was born in Monterey, California, but spent her early years living in many places due to being in a Military family. She joined Blackwell Property Management in 2018 as a seasoned professional in the housing industry. She has worked in Real Estate for 20 years - spending 12 of them specifically in Property Management.

As a well-rounded and experienced Accounts Manager, Amy enjoys being a part of helping families and individuals find a place to call home and assisting landlords and investors get the most out of their investment properties. She feels that Blackwell Property Management offers an extensive list of resources and a family-like atmosphere, and she is grateful for the work friendships she has made.

When she isn't working, you can find Amy honing her eye for photography, creating beautiful pottery creations, or balancing her energy in a yoga class. Along with her husband, two children, and two dogs, she embodies her favorite quote from Alice In Wonderland, "You're mad. Bonkers. Off your head, but I'll tell you a secret....all of the best people are."

Laura Limsuvanrot » Administrative Assistant - WV

Laura Limsuvanrot was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has spent most of her professional career in the Dental field as a Licensed EDFA and a nationally certified CDA for over 30 years. Laura used her favorite quote, “La Dolce Vita (the sweet life),” to inspire a new career path to add a new sweetness to her own life and joined Blackwell Property Manager in 2020.

Laura loves being faced with new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn. She saw Blackwell Property Management as a place to find those challenges, broaden her horizons, and be a part of a supportive and encouraging team.

When she isn’t finding new challenges and switching up her career focus, you’ll find Laura taking long drives through the countryside, spending time with her adoring husband, three sons, twin granddaughters, and two kitties, which she feels complete her, already full, life.

Ella Bonza » Virtual Assistant
Ella bio image

Ella Bonza was born in the Philippines. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and has worked within the customer service field for over eight years. She embraces her life motto, “There is always something to be thankful for,” and find joy and gratitude in every aspect of her life.

Ella joined Blackwell Property Management in 2019 and brought her compassion and customer service experience with her. She is able to utilize her variety of skill sets to her work at the company and loves how all of her co-workers are caring, understanding, and a joy to work with.

When she isn’t in the office, you’ll find her trying out new recipes in the kitchen, spending time with family, and planning for her wedding next year!
